Are there live Zoom calls?

No. This immersion is intentionally designed as a self-paced, asynchronous experience. Each day, new content is released directly into the learner portal. This allows you to move through the material in your own rhythm, revisiting practices as needed within your one-year access period.

What does the community aspect look like?

Participants have access to a private inter-community space within the learning platform. This is a reflective and professional environment where you may share insights, observations, and questions as the 11 days unfold. While participation is optional, many find that witnessing others’ inquiries deepens their own perceptual work. The space is community led.

How much time do I need each day?

Plan for around 30 minutes per day, though some inquiries may take less — and some may invite you into longer presence.

You’re encouraged to return to the practices many times; they are designed as living inquiries that deepen with repetition.
