META DNA & ECOLOGICAL BODYWORK

IN-person PRACTITIONER TRAINING

In the online journey, you have begun to map the unseen: the memories of the living body, the subtle movements that crawl beneath breath and through bone. But to truly step into the role of a practitioner, to truly become a holder of hearts and spaces, a weaver of fields, you must place yourself in the current of a multitude of living bodies. In the in-person training, you will meet a constellation of nervous systems, a gathering of bodies carrying different griefs, dreams, densities, and rhythms. You have learned what it means to be in service to the unseen currents moving through a living body. The in-person immersion now invites you to widen and deepen that work. To hold space for one person is beautiful. To hold space for a collective body, is a different kind of initiation.

Working with one body teaches attunement. True space holders are forged in the fire of real human contact of tending, adjusting, caring for a diverse field of ensouled bodies. Here is how you learn to hold more without losing your centre. Here is how you step into your backbone, your periphery, your prayer. You are being readied to hold a field. Working with many bodies in community teaches field-sensitivity, expanded awareness, and collective tending. It stretches your capacity to remain grounded even when the energy thickens, when sorrow moves through the room, or when joy explodes like wildflowers across the space. The in-person field is alive, unpredictable, dynamic, but tenderly held. You will practice staying present in the real-time dance of emergence, learning how to listen with your whole body, how to be your touch, your presence, your breath to meet what is truly happening, moment by moment. This is why we gather in person. To test and strengthen the spine of our work. To temper the heart to remain open even when the room is full of broken-open stories. To build the kind of practitioner who can walk into any room, any grief, any threshold, and remain a steady flame, and a backbone. We come together, to stand for more, to root it deeper, listen wider, and feel deeper. Here is where holding becomes embodied leadership. You must stand in the charged field of a living group. You must be seen, felt, challenged, nourished, and witnessed. And the land itself is part of your training, there are still sounds that only the soil can teach you, teachings carried in the rain, in the cold, in the stones, in the lakes……

To become a practitioner of ecological bodywork, you must come into relationship not just with bodies, but with the body of the land itself.
We will meet you there.

 TAKE A DEEP-DIVE

What Awaits You

The Meta-DNA Practitioner Training is an 11-day immersive experience designed to move you deeper into facilitation, holding spaces + bodies and embodying being an earth-rooted guide. This training explores the body as a living ecology, woven from lineage, land, sensation, memory, and story.

Each day focuses on a specific ‘land’ of the body, approached through body tending/working explorations, energetic and structured presence, and mytho and eco-somatic inquiry. Through guided touch, ritual, ecological attunement, and the Meta-DNA process, we open space for deep listening, reweaving, integration, and resolution.

RECLAIMING THE META DNA OF OUR BODIES _ AN UNKNOWN UNIVERSE

01. What you will find HERE

When you step into this gathering, you are not simply entering a training, you are stepping into a living ecosystem of body, land, and myth. You will find yourself met by the raw breath of the Irish wilds, by the deep undercurrents of body memory, by a circle of others who have also heard the call to remember. You will find teachings not just spoken but lived: through touch, through breath, through the direct experience of the body's subtle languages. This is a place where theory meets heartbeat, where techniques are not memorised but rooted into your bones through embodiment, through presence, through the listening that comes from standing barefoot in the great field of the unseen with your entire body as a wide open eye.

02. What you will find HERE

You will find yourself stretched and softened in ways you may not have anticipated. You will work with the ecological body—yours and others'—not as a system, but as a wild, dreaming landscape. You will learn how to feel the river beneath the skin, the stones in the bones, the winds in the breath. You will practice bodywork that is centered on reweaving connection, between the seen and unseen, the remembered and forgotten, the wounding and the wisdom. Expect to be initiated into an ancient rhythm of tending: the tending of thresholds, of boundaries, of the sacred h/edges where soul and soil meet.

03. What you will find HERE

And perhaps most importantly, you will find a deeper version of yourself waiting: the one who remembers how to listen to the inner wilderness, how to speak in the old mother tongue of skin and breath, how to feel the living membranes between body and earth. You will leave this training not just with new skills, but with new senses, an awakened perception of the living field around you and within you. You will carry home not only the way of Meta DNA and Ecological Bodywork, but a rewilded way of being, one that cannot be unlearned, one that will root outward into every touch, every breath, every threshold you tend from this moment on.

What to Expect: A Field of Living Transformation

This is an initiation into a living body of work, where you will be called to show up with all of yourself, your instincts, your mythos, your griefs, your dreams.

Expect days woven of bodywork, ritual, earth-practices, and soul-tending conversations.
Expect to be outside feet muddy, breath woven with mist, senses sharpened to the experiences beneath soil and skin.
Expect to work in pairs, triads, and circles, learning by feeling, and listening.

Expect to touch not just bodies, but the invisible landscapes those bodies carry, the griefs they have buried, the rivers they have forgotten, the wild gardens waiting to be tended.

Expect old myths to crack open in your bones, not as old stories told anew, but as the direct experience of being dreamt by the world.

This work asks you to move beyond ‘practitioner’, to become a listener, a weaver, a guardian of thresholds.

TESTIMONIALS

These words are ripples from the field,
bodies speaking after
something that rearranges them from the inside
with the gentleness of moss
yet with the accuracy of a blade.

These words come from the
afterglow,
aftershocks,
after-understanding
of being met by presence, love and stillness
in ways many people have never known.

Their words have the scent of earth on them
because the work has taken them down.........and in.....

Important Note on Pathway & Participation

This in-person immersion is now open to all.
There is no longer a requirement to complete the Meta-DNA & Ecological Bodywork online training beforehand.

However, these two trainings—online and in-person—form one living body of work.

For some, the online training becomes the roots
and the in-person immersion becomes the fruiting body.
For others, it is the in-person field that awakens the roots
and the online journey that deepens and extends the branches.

There is no single correct sequence.
What matters is that the two pieces are in relationship.

You are warmly encouraged to participate in both,
as they feed one another and create the full arc of learning,
integration, and practitioner competency.

While you do not need to join the online training before arriving,
it is helpful to be engaging with the online experience,
so your body is orienting to the language,
the pacing,
and the mythic–ecological terrain we will enter together.

The Road Home Is Made by Walking

There are moments when life lays a door at your feet,
one made of breath, of blood, of ancient knowing.

It is a door that does not open through thinking, talking, or waiting.
It opens by walking, by feeling the pull in your bones, by trusting the way your skin tingles when truth comes near. This training certainly is not a retreat from life. It is a full, wild step into it, into the pulse of the land, into the bio-intelligence of the body, into the unseen fields that have been calling you all along. You are being asked to arrive willing, willing to let the soil rearrange you, willing to let the work crack you open, willing to become more true. If your chest is stirring, if your breath deepens reading these words, know that it is no accident. The body never lies. The earth is ready for more of you. The circle is waiting.
